For EEA consumers: We act as a trader. Taxes are calculated by our payment processor. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via LemonSqueezy's customer portal. Refunds are assessed case-by-case for faulty service. For EEA residents, these Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services.
